International Shipping Notice

From 1 April 2026, the New Zealand Government is introducing new export processing levies that apply to international shipments leaving New Zealand.

These charges are set by New Zealand Customs and the Ministry for Primary Industries and apply to all exporters, regardless of carrier.

What this means for international orders

A small government levy may be applied to international shipments:

• Items under $1,000 NZD
Government levy of $2.48 NZD per shipment

• Items over $1,000 NZD
Government levy of $3.35 NZD per shipment

These fees support border security and biosecurity processing.

How this affects your order

This levy may be included within your shipping cost at checkout or applied as part of your international shipping total.

Aurora’s Holistic does not set or profit from these fees. They are government mandated export charges.
